A penis extender is a small device that you wear on your penis which use traction to enlarge the penis.

Do not use an extender with spring-loaded tensioners. You MUST have total control over the amount of tension applied to your penis. It's necessary for your comfort and for your safety. Also don’t buy an extender because it has a fancy box or because it's gold-plated.
